This paper discribes the National Health Computer Network (NHCN) for the health community in Korea. At present, the korean government is giving a high priority to the improvement of the health care delivery system in an attempt to develop health service. At the same time, the government is being developement of National Computer Network form 1983. The Design of NHCN appended 0’s dimension, 3.5’s dimension, 4’s dimension in the government health care delivery system. Therefore, wherever they are, all people fairly serviced by NHCN.
